It consists of a living room with a 1.35 m bed and a three-seater sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, and a washing machine. This property is ideal for families with children, as it features an outdoor area for their enjoyment, as well as a cot and highchair available upon request. The excellent outdoor area includes a garden with a private pool, outdoor shower, and sun loungers for you to relax or cool off on warm days. There is also a charcoal or wood barbecue for you to prepare meals and enjoy them outdoors. In the centre of La Guancha, just 7 minutes by car (3.8 km), you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest beaches, Playa de Santo Domingo and Playa de las Gaviotas, are 2.6 km away (6 minutes by car), ideal for sunbathing or walking along the shore. You can also visit Teide National Park, 53.2 km away (1 hour by car), to discover the island's nature and volcanic landscapes. There is on-street parking. Bed linens are included. Pets are not allowed. There is a staircase to access the house. The owners live on the upper floor, but the pool is for your private use.

The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The accommodation features 2 private open terraces for relaxing evenings. The property is located within walking distance of San Marcos Beach, restaurants, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a bus stop.
