It features a living room with a 1.35 m bed and a three-seater sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, and a washing machine. This property is ideal for families with children, as it offers an outdoor area for your enjoyment, as well as a cot and high chair available on request. The excellent outdoor area features a garden with a private pool, outdoor shower, and sun loungers for relaxing or cooling off on warm days. There is also a charcoal or wood barbecue for preparing meals and dining outdoors. In the center of La Guancha, just a 7-minute drive away (3.8 km), you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés. The nearest beaches, Playa de Santo Domingo and Playa de las Gaviotas, are 2.6 km away (6 minutes by car), perfect for sunbathing or strolling along the shore. Guests can also visit Teide National Park, 53.2 km away (1 hour by car), to explore the island’s nature and volcanic landscapes. Street parking is available. Bed linens are included. Pets are not allowed. There is a staircase to access the house. The owners live upstairs, but the pool is for guests’ private use.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. External guests who are not included in the reservation are not admitted. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 11 pm. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access. Beach/pool towels are provided. Rental cars are available. Guests receive a discount at the nearby Territorio Fitness Icod gym (please contact the host).
